超微茶粉的加工与应用 游晓冰 （武夷学院 茶学与生物系 09级茶学一班 20094131046） 摘 要：超微茶粉是经特殊工艺加工制成的比茶粉更细的粉末茶，因其特有的色、香、味以及营养保健功效，被广泛应用于各类食品。本文即是对超微茶粉的加工与应用做一简单探究。 关键词：超微茶粉；加工；应用 Processing and Application of Ultramicrosome Tea Powder Abstract：Ultramicrosome tea powder, more fine than general tea powder, is making with a special processing technology. As its special color, aroma, taste and the efficacy of nutrition and health care, it has been widely used in all kinds of food.
