Article 85 Warning, Pay cuts, Demotion, Suspension
1. Should the company find that employees committed one of the following things, the company will impose a punishment of warning, pay cuts, demotion or suspension according to the seriousness the incident. The company may terminate the labor service contract under the condition of not violating the labor service contract signed with part-time employees, labor service contract employees. But the criteria should be lawful, reasonable and fair:
(1) Without authorization of the company, the employee holds meetings or distributes leaflets for other business publicity in the companys facilities;
(2) After more than two times of reminding, the employee still does not concentrate on work, or do not have sufficient energy for work in the working time;
(3) After more than three times of persuasion, the employee continues to destruct or accroach company or other employees’ property;
(4) The employee makes loud noise in the company and seriously affects the work of others;
(5) After more than three times of persuasion, the employee continues to use company computer for such private business as stock trading, online shopping, sending and receiving private e-mail, playing cards, playing games, internet chatting;
(6) The employee curse or uses profanity language in the company;
(7) The employee performs littering, spitting, dumping foods, thus damaging the environment;
(8) The employee turns a bind eye to ever-lit lamps or ever-running water in the company jurisdiction or does not cut off the power supply after work;
(9) The employee refuses to participate in training without justified reason;
(10) After more than three times of persuasion, the employee continues to chat and sing or whistle in the work time;
(11) In the work time, the employee receives personal phone calls more than 5 times or the phoning periods add up to more than 1 hour, thus affecting the work progress;
(12) The employee incites to impede or possibly
