中国承接国际服务外包的趋势和对策 [摘 要]在经济全球化的今天，外包已经成为世界范围的一种普遍现象，成为了企业价值链的一环。国际服务外包作为提高核心竞争力的战略选择，推动了全球新一轮的产业转移，这对走向国际市场，发展现代服务业的中国来说，充满着机遇和挑战。本文首先回顾了关于国际服务外包发展趋势分析的相关文献研究，并分析了其现状，然后主要从服务外包承接国的立场出发，采用SWOT的分析方法分析了我国承接国际服务外包的趋势。在此基础上，提出了我国政府和企业在加强承接国际服务外包优势方面的一些可行性建议。 [关键词]服务外包；SWOT；发展；策略 China Undertake International Service Outsourcing Trends and Countermeasures Abstract：Today, with the fast developments of economy globalization, outsourcing has become one kind of universal phenomenon in the whole world, and become an important link of enterprise’s value chain. International service outsourcing has been the strategic option of multinational corporations to increase the core competence, which forces the new global shift of industries, and offers large potential development opportunities for those developing countries through international service outsourcing industry. This paper rewiews the literatures about the development of International service outsourcing at first, and analyses its development tendency. Then analyses the development of International service outsourcing throught the SWOT process. Thus, China should take advantage of the opportunity, formulate corresponding policies and transform development mentality to realize the sustainable coordinated economic development.
