摘要 本论文在综述近年来浮法玻璃研究和发展状况的基础上，结合脆性板材自动折离机技术进行了系统的分析，提出了整体结构、手动调整装置、折离装置和送料装置的设计方案。同时，根据浮法玻璃切掰的工艺要求以及实际工作条件进行了传动系统和控制系统的分析与设计，特别是对传动系统的核心部件蜗轮蜗杆和圆锥齿轮传动进行了设计与计算。为了达到较高的定位精度，对丝杠副的特点进行了系统的分析。 折离装置是脆性板材自动折离机最终的执行装置，也是本设计研究的核心内容，对定位精度要求和安全性能更为严格。针对纵掰纵分折离装置在浮法玻璃生产线的作用，系统的分析了纵掰与纵分折离装置的加工工艺过程并进行深入的研究。本次设计的目的是利用折离机完成玻璃的自动掰边任务，考虑物料的形状和特性，采用辊子进行上料。 关键词： 浮法玻璃 掰边 折离 气动控制 ABSTRACT This paper reviews recent float glass on the basis of research and development, Automatic combination of brittle sheet pack machine technology from the system, the overall structure of the manual adjustment device pack from the devices and feed device design.
