印刷专业毕业论文 印刷测控条的设计与制作 专 业：印刷工程 摘 要 当今印刷业随着科学技术的进步，产生了前所未有的空前发展，随着印刷方式的多样化、自动化以及不断提高的产品质量要求，在印刷过程中正确判断印刷机的状态并对印刷产品的质量进行有效的客观评价和控制就显得格外的重要。而今后印刷业将会以数据化、标准化、规范化作为生产作业和管理的主要先导。 本文通过学习印刷质量控制管理理论和质量检测理论，分析影响平版印刷品质量和设备性能的因素，在熟悉了传统型印刷测控条的设计与制作过程之后，充分理解各部分功能块的原理，确定适合制版和印刷的控制要素。之后再学习图形制作软件；自己动手在计算机上设计并制作印刷测控条；在传统打样机或传统印刷机上印刷，检验测控条的精确性。根据测控条上各组块的不同的功能深入思考其原理，然后学习图像处理软件进行制作，来实现理论与实践的结合，最终做出一个完整的包含各种功能组块的测控条，进行质量效果分析评价。通过最终所测得的数据表明：本文所涉及开发的传统型测控条不能够有效的检测实地密度和叠印率，对于网点增大可以较好的反应；通过观察能够直接渐变的检测网点变形、重影、套印不准等。 关键词：质量检测； 测控条； 数据测量 ABSTRACT With todays printing industry, scientific and technological progress, resulting in an unprecedented unprecedented development, with the diversity of printing, automation and increasing product quality requirements, in the printing process, the state press and the right to judge the quality of printed products effective and objective evaluation and control is of paramount importance.
