针织服装毕业论文 题 目: 针织大圆机产品开发与疵点的消除 系 部: 纺织系 专 业: 针织服装  摘 要 由于针织生产和针织产品拥有许多优点，加上新型纤维的不断诞生和新的染整技术的不断发展，针织生产发展很快。市场需求的不断变化，促使针织企业必须有创新意识，开发设计出新颖别致，风格独特，受人们亲睐的产品。目前，我国许多针织企业引进了先进的针织大圆机，这对针织工业设备的更新换代及新产品的开发起到了推动作用，然而部分企业技术力量有限，不能充分发挥大圆机的功能，只可以生产普通面料，难以适应市场变化的需求。在大圆机的产品生产过程中会遇到各种实际问题，布面产生各种疵点，这就需要技术人员结合知识经验与实际情况尽可能快的找出原因，消除疵点，以提高生产效率。 关键词：针织，大圆机，技术，疵点，消除 ABSTRACT The production and knitted products have many advantages and the birth of a new fiber continuously and new dyeing technology continues to evolve so that knitting production developed very rapidly. Changing market demand promote awareness of knitting enterprises have to be innovative,development of novel design, unique style, by the peoples favorite in products.
