This thesis proceed from elements of product cost, firstly discussed the product cost and the influencing factors inland. And then ,explored all sorts of ways and methods to reduce the cost of product by the tradition, the Angle of production and supply chain, cost-effective, activity cost, value chain, etc. Combined with supply chain cost management, focus on how to reduce the cost in the design phase, the purchasing stage, production and marketing phases.Finally, the article highlighted the problems which should be noted and the importance of pay attention to reduce the production costs.
