家庭干预模式在早期阿尔茨海默病患者家庭中的应用效果评价张瑞芬 无锡市精神卫生中心老年精神科，1981~，主管护师，本科， 无锡市精神卫生中心老年精神科，1981~，主管护师，本科， HYPERLINK mailto:邮箱zjz963258@ 邮箱zjz963258@[摘要] 目的 探讨Friedman式家庭干预模式对早期阿尔茨海默病患者的个人生活能力及照料者心理状况的影响。方法 阿尔茨海默病患者66例，按随机顺序分为研究组和对照组各33例。对照组采用老年科常规护理，研究组在此基础上运用Friedman式家庭干预模式，两组分别在干预前和干预2月后进行生活量表指数及日常生活能力量表评分以评定效果，同时给予症状自评量表（SCL-90）对配对的照料者进行评定。结果 研究组在干预后生活质量明显改善，差异有显著性（t=7.207, P＜0.01＝，且日常生活能力与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（t=4.762, P＜0.01＝。干预2月后研究组照料者在SCL-90总分及抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、人际关系因子分与对照组相比较具有明显的差异性（P＜0.05或P＜0.01＝＝。结论 应用Friedman式家庭干预模式对阿尔茨海默病患者的生活质量及日常生活能力有显著的改善作用，同时可以改善AD患者照料者的心理状况。[关键词]阿尔茨海默病；Friedman式家庭干预模式；个人生活能力；生活质量；心理状况Family intervention model in the application of the early alzheimers patients family // Zhang Ruifen,Shen Lizhen，Jiang Junxiang. Methods 66 alzheimers patients, according to the random sequence, are divided into the study group and the control group, 33 patients respectively. The control group received routine care of the department of geriatrics, research group on the basis of the use of the Friedman family intervention model. Two groups were estimated with Life Scale Index and ADL before intervention and two months after intervention respectively, and the matching caregiver were evaluated with Symptom Checklist (SCL-90).Results Compared with the control group, the quality of daily life after the intervention of study group was significantly improved, with the differences of two groups being statistically significant((t = 7.207, P 0.01), While the differences of daily living skills between two groups were statistically significant ( t = 4.762, P 0.01).
