综合护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病患者康复质量的影响 刘必兰 射阳县千秋镇卫生院 （江苏 盐城） 224352 [摘要]目的：探讨综合护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺病患者复发率和肺功能的影响。方法：随机选择2013年1月-2014年3月48例慢性阻塞性肺病患者为研究对象，并按照就医的先后顺序原则，分为两组，干预组、对照组各24例，两组患者在住院期间都按照慢性阻塞性肺病的护理要求进行系统的护理，干预组在此基础上进行综合护理，并在患者出院后跟踪指导，6个月后统计患者的复发情况并检查患者肺功能的变化情况。结果：干预组复发次数、肺活量、第1秒呼气容积、肺残气量分别为1、74±1.26、64±1.59、129±3.87，明显优于对照组的7、57±1.74、50±1.68、143±4.50。结论：采取综合护理干预，能使慢性阻塞性肺病患者减少发作的频率，改善肺功能，提高康复效果。 [关键词] 综合护理干预；慢性阻塞性肺病；康复 Comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Liu Bi-lan qian qiu the town hospitals in Sheyang (Yancheng) 224 352,china [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease recurrence rates and pulmonary function.
