响应面法设计降低鸡蛋胆固醇中草药复方添加剂的研究
蛋黄胆固醇含量69.90%和甘油三酯含量41.78%(p0.05),显著提高蛋鸡免疫能力(p0.05)。响应面法能够用于中草药复方添加剂处方配比优化,此配方能很好的降低鸡蛋胆固醇,为实际生产。

The study of compound Chinese herb additives optimization for reduction of egg cholesterol content by response surface method

Abstract: The quantity of superfine comminution of Alisma orientale, semen cassia and Gynostemma pentaphyllum were optimized according to the mathematic model built by Box-Behnken Design on the rationale of response surface methodology and evaluate the effect of Chinese herb additives. The result was that: the best Chinese Herb Additives composition contained 695.49mg of superfine comminution of Alisma orientale, 893.14mg of superfine comminution of semen cassia, 334.13mg of superfine comminution of Gynostemma pentaphyllum. Under these conditions, the egg cholesterol concentrations was 2.48mmol/L. Compared with control group, the feed-egg rate was obviously dropped by 33.64%, the egg-laying rate increased obviously by 5.35%(p0.05), significantly reduce egg yolk cholesterol and triglyceride levels by 69.90%, 41.78%(p0.05), significantly increase the immune index(p0.05). Response surface methodology could be adopted for the optimize the ratio of Chinese herb additive formulation, which can lower cholesterol eggs well, provide a theoretical basis for the actual production.

随着生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越重视饮食结构均衡、来源安全可靠。鸡蛋营养均衡,价格便宜深受人们喜爱,蛋黄粉、全蛋粉等产品的销量也逐年增加,但其胆固醇含量较高,长期大量食用对人类健康造成一定威胁。有研究指出从机体外摄入大量胆固醇会导致血液中的胆固醇随之升高,可能诱发脑血栓、冠状动脉硬化等心血管疾病。为避免人体从蛋中摄取过多的胆固醇并提高鸡蛋营养价值,降低鸡蛋胆固醇的研究十分必要。近年来有研究在饲料中加入他汀类化学合成药物[1]、益生素[2]、微量元素[3]等添加物,或是用生物工程[4]的方法来降低鸡蛋胆固醇,但存在化学残留、效果不显著或是难度大,短期难以达到效果等缺点中草药资源丰富,毒副作用小,残留性小,合理选择不同的中草药并合理配比能使效果更好。泽泻为多年沼生泽泻科植物泽泻的干燥块茎,含有三萜
