Q260046902 专业做论文 PAGE PAGE 1 敌敌畏和三氯杀螨醇对毛头鬼伞菌丝生长的影响 胡翔，生命科学学院 摘 要：在250C条件下，采用修正的琼脂玻皿法研究了敌敌畏和三氯杀螨醇对毛头鬼伞菌丝生长的影响。试验结果表明，两种农药对毛头鬼伞菌丝的生长都有明显的抑制作用，而两种农药抑制程度的差异不显著。其中，三氯杀螨醇对毛头鬼伞菌丝生长的影响偏低，其平均抑制率为47.2%；敌敌畏的平均抑制率为49.2%，影响偏高。本研究还表明，同种药剂在不同的浓度对毛头鬼伞菌丝生长的影响不同。药剂的浓度与药剂对菌丝生长的抑制率成显著或极显著的正相关，即药剂的抑制率随着药剂处理浓度的增大而升高。其中敌敌畏在106ug/L时对菌丝生长的抑制率最高，高达99.7%，其次为105ug/L、104ug/L及103ug/L,再次为102ug/L,而在10ug/L时，抑制率为10.7%；三氯杀螨醇在106ug/L时对菌丝生长的抑制率为70.1%，其次为105ug/L、104ug/L和103ug/L，再次为102ug/L，而在10ug/L时，抑制率为29.6%。研究结果还表明，毛头鬼伞菌丝生长时，药剂对毛头鬼伞菌丝密度并无明显的影响，菌丝密度均为较密。 关键词：敌敌畏；三氯杀螨醇；毛头鬼伞；菌丝生长 Effects of Dichlorvos and Dicofol on the Mycelial Growth of Coprinus comatus Hu Xiang，College of Life Sciences Abstact：Modified agar culture-dish method was used to study the effect of dichlorvos and dicofol on the mycelial growth of Coprinus comatus, under the 250C conditions. The results showed that the two pesticides obviously inhibited the mycelial growth of Coprinus comatus, and the inhibition of the two pesticides to mycelial growth had no significant differences. The effect on mycelial growth of C. comatus of dicofol was low, its average inhibitory rate was 47.2%; and dichlorvos had the stronger effect with an average inhibitory rate of 49.2%. This study also showed that the effect was different in different density of the same kind of pesticide to the mycelial growth of C. comatus. The inhibitory rates of the medicaments increased along with the elevating of concentrations of the medicaments. The inhibitory rate of dichlorvos was 99.7% when its concentration was 106ug/L, followed 105ug/L、 104ug/L、103ug/L and 102ug/L again. The inhibitory rate of dichlorvos was 10.7% when its concentration was 10ug/L. The inhibitory rate of dicofol was 70.1% when its concentration was 106ug/L, followed 105ug/L、104ug/L、103ug/L and 102ug/L again.
