INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Parties
The parties are:
(1)________________________________ located at Auckland (the Employer)
____________________(the Employee)
The Document
The agreement consists of the documents and schedules attached hereto and referred to within the document and must be read in conjunction with the document. The agreement consists of:
The Individual Employment Agreement;
The Individual Schedule; and
The Job Specification.
Scope of Employee’s Duties
2.1 The Employee is employed in the position of Chef. The duties are set out in the attached job description.
2.2 The Employee may also be required to perform other functions from time to time, and make every effort to adjust to any reasonable re-definition of duties. it is expected that the Employee will undertake the duties as requested, obeying lawful and reasonable instructions. It is also expected that the Employee will devote all of their normal working hours and best endeavors to promoting the interests of the Employer.
3. Remuneration
The Employee’s total remuneration is set out in the attached Individual Schedule.
4. Personal Conduct
4.1 Proper standards of conduct are expected from all Employees and these will be communicated to the Employee or posted generally in writing from time to time.
4.2 In brief, these include the honesty and uniform of dress and appearance, and acting in a manner to maintain both the good name and the property of the Employer.
5. Employer’s Obligations
Included in the Employer’s obligations are the requirements that all Employees are treated fairly and reasonably, that they have a safe working environment and are protected from harassment or duress. The Employer aims to provide a rewarding working environment.
6. Confidentiality and Non-disclosure
As part of normal duties the Employee will obtain, or have access to, confidential information concerning the Employer. Under no circumstances is any use to be made of this informa
