PAGE PAGE 6 护理部系统干预对机械通气病人护理质量的影响 【摘要】 目的: 探讨护理部系统干预对机械通气病人护理质量的影响。方法: 选择ICU 2007年4月-2008年3月实施机械通气的85例病人作为实验组，回顾2005年1月-2006年12月实施机械通气的92例病人作为对照组。护理部通过成立机械通气护理指导小组，制定机械通气护理规范，组织机械通气相关知识和护理技能的培训，对机械通气病人组织护理会诊和监控机械通气病人护理质量的方法对机械通气病人的护理实施系统干预 。比较培训前后的成绩，比较干预前后的护士工作能力，以及比较实验组与对照组并发症的发生率。结果：培训前与培训后第一次考试的理论成绩和操作成绩比较有显著差异；ICU护士感觉护理机械通气病人工作得心应手的干预前与干预后比较有显著差异；实验组与对照组比较，并发症VAP、UEX的发生率有显著差异。结论：护理部系统干预有利于提高机械通气病人的护理质量。 【关键词】护理部；干预；机械通气；护理质量 【Abstract】 Objective: To identify the effects of systematical intervention of nursing department to the nursing quality of the patients who received mechanical ventilation Methods: The group of patients who received mechanical ventilation in the ICU from April in 2007 to March in 2008 were given the experiment . And the group of patients who received mechanical ventilation in the ICU from January in 2005 to December in 2006 were regarded as comparable group . And the nursing department made systematical intervention through setting up a team to direct the nursing of the patients who received mechanical ventilation , drawing up canonical nursing method to the patients who received mechanical ventilation , organizing the trains to the nurses about mechanical ventilation , organizing nursing consultation to the patients who received mechanical ventilation and controlling the nursing quality of the patients who received mechanical ventilation .Compare the test marks before and after the trains , compare the nurses’ working ability before and after the intervention, compare the complications of the patients of the two groups. Results: There were significant differences in terms of the three kind of comparisons . Conclusion: The systematical intervention of nursing department is helpful for improving the nursing quality of the patients who received mechanical ventilation . 【Key words】 nursing department ; intervention ; mechanica
