内部资料 个人观点公众计算通信网PCCN —公众通信网演进童晓渝 张云勇 戴元顺2010年5月摘 要 随着社会信息化和行业信息化的普及、提高，信息正呈现出爆炸式增长趋势，公众对计算、通信和网络的服务的要求越来越高。当今，以电信网基础设施为主干网络，利用因特网协议提供广泛的网络互联，已成为通信网发展的必由之路。而方兴未艾的云计算技术也为人们提供了一种新的服务模式。通信技术正逐步趋向于计算技术与应用发展，计算技术与应用正朝向网络与服务提供方向发展，通信技术和计算技术正在真正走向融合。电信运营商纷纷提出成为综合信息服务提供商的战略，对于云计算技术的应用，不仅需要利用其促进通信网络技术和业务平台、支撑系统的升级换代，更需要应用其构建提供综合信息服务运营基础设施及支撑能力。本文首先回顾了公众通信网和计算的发展过程，之后提出了公众计算通信网( PCCN: PublicComputing Communication Network)的概念，阐述了公众通信网向公众计算通信网PCCN发展的必然趋势，重点讨论了公众计算通信网PCCN的架构、实体以及关键技术。关键词：公众计算通信网，面向业务的智能开放运营体系架构，云计算，服务Abstract With the popularization and improvement of social and industryinformatization. information appears to increase explosively, and peopleput higher and higher expectations on the services of computing,communication and network. Today public communication network is developing in the direction that networks are widely interconnected using communication network infrastructure as backbone and Internet protocols; at the same time, cloud computing, a computing paradigm in the ascendant, provides new service modes.Communication technology has the trend of developing towards computing technology and applications, and computing technology and applications have the trend of developing towards service providing. Communication technology and information technology truly comes to a convergence, Telecom operators put forward the strategy to be providers of comprehensive information services in succession. To adopt cloud computing technology not only facilitates the upgrade of their communication network technology, service platform and supportingsystems, but also facilitates the construction of the infrastructure and operating capacity of providing comprehensive information services.
