大米胚中γ—氨基丁酸的富集及利用 中文摘要:大米胚芽营养成分高,营养价值好,且我国有丰富的大米胚芽资源,从这一实际出发,本文阐述了大米胚芽的加工技术。着重研究了米胚芽中富集γ—氨基丁酸(GABA)的工艺,通过正交实验得到富集的最佳工艺条件,使GABA产量提高了约14倍,并研究了不同溶剂脱脂对GABA富集的影响。同时对米胚的利用及发展前景作了分析。 Abstract: The plumule of rice is with high content in nourishment component and good value in nutrition. Moreover, there are abundant of rice resources in our country. According to this fact, this thesis elaborates on the technology of processing the plumule of rice.
