摘要在现代社会，质量问题已经成为越来越重大的战略问题。建筑工程项目是一项量大面广的社会系统工程，其质量的优劣直接影响到国家经济建设的发展。建设工程项目的质量控制是贯穿于项目实施的全过程，只有确保工程质量达到了有关验收标准，才能杜绝“豆腐渣”工程的出现，才能保证国家和人民的财产安全，才能为企业赢得声誉。同样工程质量管理的水平不仅影响到企业的经济利益与竞争能力，也能反映企业的精神文明建设的状况。项目管理是有关知识、技能、工具和技术的应用，用以管理以项目为导向的活动，来满足和超过客户的期望要求。项目管理是一套原则和惯例，它用以有效管理以项目为导向的工作。为实现创新的管理。所以，建筑工程的质量管理尤为重要。本文以阳平关镇子龙新区建筑工程项目为例，介绍了项目质量管理的基本理论，并对质量控制的一般过程进行了分析。关键词：建筑项目；施工；项目质量管理Abstract In modern society, the quality issue has become an increasingly important strategic problem. Construction project is a common social systems engineering, its pros and cons has a direct impact on the quality of national economic construction. The quality control of Construction project is throughout the whole process of project implementation. Only to ensure the project quality to reach the relevant acceptance criteria, can the emergences of jerry-built projects be prevented, and the country and the peoples property and the reputations of the enterprises be ensured. Similarly, the level of project quality management does not only affect the economic interests and competitiveness of the enterprises, but also reflect spiritual civilization building of them. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and technology, and is used to manage project-oriented activities to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and demands. Project management is a set of principles and routines for the effective management of its project-oriented work. Therefore, the construction quality management is particularly important. Based on YangPingGuanZhen ZiLong district construction engineering projects for example,this paper introduces the basic theory of project quality management and the general process of quality control are analyzed .
