Characteristics, purpose and extinguishing principle The dry power extinguisher of wheeled type is a kind of mobile fire extinguisher and it is filled by BC or ABC dry power agent. Its features include high efficiency, innocuity and good electric insulation. It is suitable to extinguish the initial fire of flammable liquid, flammable gas and electric device. Operative principle It is filled by BC or ABC dry power agent. The dry power is extruded from a siphon by the pressure of compressed gas, and it passes from the hose to the nozzle where it is sprayed. It covers the surface of burning materials so as to separate burning to extinguish a fire finally. 3.
