The system uses 8051 as a main controller, a multi-channel switch on wheel speed signal switching, Then microprocessor control, wheel speed sensor and the status display on the monitor. This paper focuses on the hardware circuit design of ABS wheel speed sensor durability test. First, this paper will introduce the development of automotive ABS and its wheel rotating speed sensor and the reserch in the world. Also I will show the content and some significances of the design. Secondly, we will design the overall system structure and principles for analysis and description, and provides the interface definition. Again, this will be described in detail the hardware design principles and methodologies, including circuit and connecting the chip selection, and the circuit diagram is given. Finally, this paper will be integrated with the hardware to achieve the functions of the software to illustrate the system. In the appendix, the paper also gives some necessary circuit diagrams for reference.
