新闻传播学毕业论文开题报告 ] 当今世界,伴随着信息化经济/知识经济的兴起,文化因素在人类社会发展进程中的作用及其在综合国力竞争中的地位日益突出。文化发展策略研究的现实意义日益凸显。本文拟立足我国作为一个发展中大国的实际,探讨网络时代我国文化建设和发展的策略,提出了如下三点:(1)根据网络时代各国文化相互开放的情况,我国在文化建设和发展中应注意全球意识和民族意识的统一;(2)为了保持具有悠久历史的中华文化的勃勃生机,在新时期中华文化的发展中应坚持沿着先进文化的前进方向进行文化创新;(3)由于语言是文化的依托,文化信息建设中不可避免地会牵涉语言问题,应在强调中文在我国网络文化建设中的核心地位的同时,重视英语等外语在跨文化交流中的作用。 [Abstract] In the present world, along with the rise of information-based/knowledge-based economy, cultural factor is taking on an increasingly important role in the process of development of human society and assuming an increasingly prominent place in the international competition of comprehensive national strengths. And research on cultural development strategies is acquiring an increasingly greater immediate significance. In view of this broad context and proceeding from the existing conditions of China as a large developing country, this paper discusses strategies for developing Chinese culture in the age of Internet communication and proposes three strategies for that. These are: (1) In accordance with the fact that national cultures of all countries are open to each other in this age of Internet communication, China in its cultural development should set great store by unity of a global viewpoint and a national consciousness; (2) to maintain the vitality of the Chinese culture with a long history, it should put an emphasis on correct direction for cultural progress and cultural innovations; and (3) As culture is language-based and the production of cultural information inevitably involves language use, it should adopt a language strategy with a balance between giving priority to the central position of the its native language and setting great store by the role of foreign languages in intercultural communication. 关键词:文化发展 网络时代 民族意识 全球意识 Key Words: cultural development the age of Internet communication national consciousness global viewpoint 文化从来都是与社会信息传播系统同生共荣的。传播是文化的基本特征。一切文化都是在传播交流的过程中形成和发展的。当代社会,伴随着现代传媒业的迅速普及,大众传媒成为当代文化的主要载体,传媒业在世界范围内广泛地同社
