The causes include: small and medium-sized enterprises credit is not high enough, small and medium-sized enterprise mortgage assets may be small, and the lack of perfect financial mechanism. And as the commercial bank developing SMEs financing operations also exist some problems and difficulties, information asymmetry, credit rating, collateral is difficult etc. Credit legislation for more than ten years, but the credit system is not perfect still, we can see that the current credit system in our country needs to accelerate.
