It uses the elasticity theory to explain the different fluctuations of prices of goods with long productive period when the supply-and-demand lost balance. In this paper, there is a relatively comprehensive introduction of various Cobweb model. Under the hypothesis of classical linear model, the Cobweb model can explain three types: the convergent Cobweb model, the divergent Cobweb model and the closed Cobweb model. it shows the derivation and analysis of the price equilibrium point and the convergence of the Cobweb model, by the method of difference. Also, in detailed, the passage explains the meaning of the core parameters in the Cobweb model. Real estate market is being focused by people all the time. Its essential issue always concentrated on its supply and demand mechanism and the price fluctuation. the paper describes and analyzes the fact analysis for the supply and demand of xinxiang real estate market with the data collected from 2007 to 2012.
