摘 要 Windows XP操作系统环境下，搭建JSP运行环境JDK+TOMCAT，通过使用JAVA语言完成动态的、交互的web服务器应用程序，采用SSH技术实现员工管理、部门管理、权限管理、考勤管理、以及用户管理和信息查询、以及用户密码修改功能。本系统具有多方面特点：系统功能完备，用户使用方便简捷，人性化的用户界面，安全保密设置齐全，大大减少了操作人员和用户的工作负担，提高了企业职员信息管理的工作效率和企业的信息化的水平。 关键词：职员信息； JSP； SSH； 薪资管理  Abstract In todays society, the Internet an unprecedented development, peoples work and life has brought great convenience and efficiency, information technology, electronic has become the save operation cost, improve work efficiency of choice. Information management system developed by the computer with the rapid retrieval, high reliability, large memory capacity, high security, long life and low cost, significantly improve the efficiency of information management and management of enterprise staff. Increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, information management technology is increasingly important, corporate staff information management has become indispensable part of a business unit, its contents provide an important basis for the decision-making of the enterprise managers.
