学生社团管理信息系统使用说明书 第一章 学生社团管理信息系统简介 为拓展大学生思想政治教育内容和渠道，加强和改进网络思想政治教育工作，创新网络思想政治教育新方法，营造积极向上的校园网络文化氛围，以博客形式加强师生沟通交流，增进了解的新渠道，是开展网络思想政治教育的一个全新工作平台。内容具体包括：公布信息，便于查询了解。记录具体工作内容、工作思考、工作体会、工作技巧等。展现。发表见解和看法，师沟通交流讨论。 注意事项： 1）登陆初始密码为123456，登陆后请尽快修改并牢记自己的密码（最好用笔记下）并做好保密工作。 2）如系统提示学号、密码有误，请凭本人身份证或有效证件到学生工作处查询。 3、登陆后，见到如下界面。 二、界面选择 1、组织概况 1．1点击组织概况按钮 显示组织概况内容。 1．2选择组织机构按钮 组织机构管理人员可点击右上角“管理”按键进行编辑组织机构内容。 1．3选择组织相册按钮 组织相册管理人员可点击右上角“上传”按键进行编辑组织相册内容。 1．4选择组织成员按钮 组织成员管理人员可点击右上角“增加”按键增加组织成员。 组织成员可点击“增加”按钮上传个人资料。 1．5选择干部风采按钮 干部风采管理人员可点击右上角“增加”按键增加干部成员。 干部成员可点击“增加”按钮上传个人资料。 2、公告 2．1点击公告按钮 显示公告内容 2．2公告管理人员可点击右上角“发布”按键发布公告。 3、计划总结 3．1点击计划总结按钮 显示计划总结内容 3．2计划总结管理人员可点击右上角“管理”按键填写计划总结。 4、工作记录 4．1点击工作记录按钮 显示工作记录 4．2计划总结管理人员可点击右上角“增加”按键增加工作记录。 5、荣誉管理 5．1点击荣誉管理按钮 显示荣誉管理内容 5.2组织成员可点击右上角“增加”按键增加个人荣誉。 6、分享空间 6．1点击分享空间按钮 显示分享空间内容 6．2可对相关议题进行讨论、顶帖。也可按右上角“我的帖”进行发帖。 三、指导老师使用说明 1、进入“指导老师”管理界面，如下图所示： 2、点击 “负责人管理”，设置负责人以及对应的权限： 显示结果。 traffic mode structure with the economic and social development and the accelerated process of urbanization, urban traffic congestion, ...
