Eg: Thousands of young people want to be volunteers for the 2008 Olympic Games. 成千上万的年轻人想要成为2008年奥运会的自愿者。 3. Some were as small as chickens. 一些像小鸡一样小。 as…as 与 the same…as 意为“和……一样”， not as …as = not so …as 表示“和……不一样……”。 Eg: as heavy as = the same weight as as old as= the same age as as high as = the same height as as big as = the same size as He is as tall as Tom.
