Water?conservancy?and?Hydropower?Engineering?Construction? ? 【摘要】：地基与基础的质量控制中式建筑结构质量调控的一部分因此,必须要加强对地基进行相应的控制,这样在综合性控制中,不仅需要施工作业者的高度重视,还需要加强对整体的质量调控,最终保证地基与基础的基本承载力,这样从整体上进行控制,保证工程的综合性施工,并添加一些新工艺以及新要求,保证建筑工程的施工质量。本文主要是对整体的简化组工程施工中的建筑工程的技术进行相应的调控,保证工程的综合性控制措施,并对既爱情昂建筑工程质量的新技术、新方法做了一定的分析与总结,最终保证工程的实施。 ?关键词：水利水电??基础工程 施工技术?不良地基???方法?? Key words: Water Conservancy and hydropower foundation engineering construction technology bad foundation method ?通过对《水利工程施工》八周的学习，我了解到水利水电工程施工技术是一门理论与实践紧密结合的专业课。其主要特征是实践性和综合性强，它是在总结国内外水利水电工程建设经验的基础上，从施工技术、施工机械施工组织与管理等方面，研究多快好省地进行水利水电建设基本规律的一门学科。?? 一、水利水电工程建筑的施工技术的作用和地位 ??随着国民经济的发展，水利资源难以满足需要，为了获得更多的水利资源,我们就要依靠水利水电工程建设来满足我们日益增长的需要。水利水电是清洁的可再生能源，它的利用是社会进步到现阶段的产物。进一步说，随着我国经济社会的高速发展直接促进了水利水电工程的创新以及发展，在水利水电工程建设过程中水利水电的施工技术的创新起到非常关键、非常重要的作用。在水利水电工程建筑的实施中，技术是它的根本，只有技术作保障才能在艰巨的重大工程中完成工程建筑的施工，水利水电工程建筑的施工技术将直接关联作用到水电水利的效益和产生的影响，它并不只是简单的一个工程而已，它是构成整个水电水利工程的一个重要要素。换句话来说，能不能够熟练的，灵活的掌握并且运用各种各样的水利水电工程施工技术，会直接影响到水利水电工程的建设质量。只有充分的掌握好，并且运用好水利水电工程施工技术，才能够有效的、全面的展开相关的管理、控制工作，将技术含量高与社会
