Chinas commercial banks to develop risk management is not a very long time, so there are a lot of problems and countermeasures need to explore and research. This paper analyzes the many types and circumstances of Chinas commercial banks credit risk, affirmed the progress made by Chinas commercial banks credit risk management as well as the specific mode of operation of the Construction Bank Credit Risk Management, and commercial bank credit in developed countries advanced risk management methods and tools, which makes this thesis provide technical support for Chinas commercial banks credit risk management issues. By comparison with the credit risk management of commercial banks in developed countries, it is found that there are many problems of Chinas commercial banks in terms of credit risk management.
