This article chooses the site and the planning of distribution center as a discussed target, first the paper introduces the distribution centers definition, type, function and role, and then simply analyzes the influencing factor of the location of the distribution center and the principles of the distribution center planning process that should be followed. Lastly to have deeper exploration to the model. This conclusion is that the operation of the distribution center will directly affect the efficiency of the logistics system, integrating distribution ability effectively, so as to meet the requirements of our customers, improving the management level of enterprises and enhance their ability to compete, provide some valuable referenc
