摘 要
互联网的出现加速了社会和经济的全球化进程,对企业的各项活动产生了深远的影响,对人力资源管理工作提出了全新的挑战,并赋予人力资源管理崭新的理念和思考。
人力资源管理作为企业管理的一个重要课题,是企业生存发展、赢取竞争力的根本要素。本文从传统人力资源管理的概况出发,在分析其缺点和不足的基础上,针对企业在发展过程中出现的问题,分析了互联网对企业人力资源管理的影响及企业所面临的挑战,并从人力资源的战略规划、企业规章制度、薪酬待遇、激励政策、人文环境、职业生涯规划等方面提出了一系列行之有效的措施来构建优秀的企业文化,以便与员工建立持续良好的关系,提高员工积极性,充分发挥员工潜力,实现企业现有人员的开发与增值,从而提高企业的市场竞争力和保持企业的长期、可持续的发展,为企业的战略目标服务。同时互联网条件下的E-HR技术的引进,有助于优化企业管理流程、降低成本、提高效率,最终实现人力资源管理的B2B和B2C。

RESEARCH ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN INTERNET ERA
ABSTRACT
The social and economic globalization has been accelerated by Internet which brings out far-reached influence in every activities and endows new thought and concept for management of human resource for all enterprise organizations.
As an important issue, human resources management is the fundamental element for an enterprise to survival and development and win the competitiveness.In this paper, we firstly give an overview of the traditional human resources management, and then analyse the shortcomings and deficiencies of it. For the issues emerged in the development process of an enterprise, we analyse the impacts of the Internet on human resource management and the challenges faced by enterprises, and we propose a series of effective methods, from the aspects of strategic human resources planning, business regulations, remuneration, incentives, human environment, career planning and so on, to build excellent corporate culture, establish continuing and good relations within staffs, increase employee enthusiasm, give full play to potential,achieve development and value-added of the existing staffs. The ultimate goal is to improve the enterprise’s market competitiveness, maintain the enterprises long-term and sustainable development, serve the corporate strategic goals. At the same time , the introduction of E-HR technology in Internet era is helpful to optimize the business management processes, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ultimately realise the human resourc
