Batch Test frames shall be production-representative in every respect.Batch Test frames shall be tested after being painted test frame white.If all tested frames meet standard, they shall be destroyed prior to disposal.Digital images shall be taken of each destroyed frame showing the serial number and destructive damage to the frame.The serial number shall be linked to the corresponding batch test data.The GCK quality will review the production plan(size and quantity) in coming whole week.pick-up sizes will be decided if the production plan requiresTotal quantity will be weekly order quantity/200 batch, if pick-up number larger than size numbers, the some sizes will be picked up more than 1pc.
