宝钢(140mm机组装备条件下(60.3(6.45mm油井管的开发 摘　　要 石油在航空航天、军事、工业、农业和人们的生产生活中扮演着重要的角色，是促进国民经济和工业现代化的重要物质基础。油井套管的开发设计是为了更好的利用石油资源，具有战略意义。2004年我国油井管总产量超过180万吨，占无缝钢管总产量的1762%。国内市场占有率超过80%，全年油井管出口344万吨，进口322万吨，出口超过进口，已连续2年成为净出口产品。 根据设计说明书的要求，本论文基于宝钢钢管厂(140全浮动芯棒连轧机组装备条件，对一个典型规格(60.3(6.45mm油井套管产品进行设计。 本设计包括机组设备的主要参数，产品的金属平衡，产品生产工艺的介绍，产品的轧制表及调整参数的计算，工具设计及孔型的确定，轧机的生产能力计算，设备的强度及电机的能力校核及产品的经济技术指标。其重点是产品的轧制表的编写及调整参数的计算、孔型及工具设计、设备强度以及电机能力的校核。  Design of (60.3×6.45mm petroleum casting tube under the equipment conditions of the (140mm mandrel mill in Bao steel Abstract Oil in the air space 、 military 、 industrial 、 agricultural 、production and people’s daily life play an important role ,and it’s the important matter to promote the industrial modernization. the casing of development is designed to better use of oil resources and strategically. In our countrys total output of oil wells is more than 180W tons, the total of steel tube to 17.62%. Domestic market share than 80% of total exports 344W tons of oil wells, the import and export exceed import 322W tons, for two years to become a net exports. To the needs of, except with the help of steel chemical constituents and mechanical properties, metallurgy have strict requirements, manufactured to the outside diameter and bore diameter, a thick and threads argument, sealing and structural integrity and a strict demand. According to the design requirements, this paper is a design of petroleum tube based on the equipment conditions of the (140mm mandrel mill in BaoSteel Co. Ltd. The product designed is of 60.3mm in O.D. and 6.45mm in wall thickness. The design of the production process includes main parameter of machinery equipment;product’s balance of metal;product presentations; product rolling schedule; parameters adjusting; tools design;identification passing; mill cpacity; the equipment strength and motor ability checking and econo-technical norms of the product.The emphasis of these products is making rolling schedule;adjusting the calcul
