With stage success of the split share structure reform in China, the paper through on China real estate industry listed companies ownership structure and dividend policy for statistical analysis, in-depth researching on the influence of ownership structure to dividend policy about Chinese real estate industry listed company after stock reform and froming the impact of ownership structure to dividend policy as the insertion point, for the real estate industry listed companies enact dividend policy proposed recommendations and measures. Focusing on analyzing the relationship between ownership structure and dividend policy, the study combined with our national conditions and detailed information on ownership structure problems that may exist in the area of the formulation of dividend policies. At last, the thesis make recommendations for improvement measures.
