掇刀区团林小学 2014年暑期教师集训活动方案 为深入推进“师德建设年”活动，进一步提高我校教师师德水平和专业素质，切实使我校暑期教师集中培训活动落到实处、取得成效，特制定本方案。 一、暑期教师集训工作领导小组 组 长：肖 锋 副组长：陆桂英 陈 键 成 员：丁其宏 杨雪峰 王 芬 李在德 朱小红 毛晓敏 领导小组工作职责： （1）负责方案的制定、实施及考核工作。 （2）整理、保存关于的资料，教师档案。 1、加强组织领导。学校成立教师暑期集训工作领导小组，教师暑期集训工作由领导小组统一领导和部署，实行领导分工，全面贯彻执行上级全员集训指导意见。组长全面领导本次集训工作，成员负责集训具体工作。 2、严肃集训纪律。集训期间，每个教师都要携带笔记本和供学习用的相关资料，并做好相关笔记。加强考勤管理，集训实行“点名签到制”。除因特殊情况确需请假外，任何人不得无故缺席。 3、加强过程管理。每项集训活动要做到有专人负责、有专门辅导人员、有集训主题、有档案资料、有工作总结，确保集训活动收到实效。 4、集训活动结束后，9月2日前将集训活动书面总结材料报学校教务处。 2014年7月2日 installation, and Unit main plant equipment and piping insulation, chemical water system tank tank production and pouring paint, structure in coal handling system of equipment and piping.
