企业员工信息管理系统设计与实现 摘 要 本论文首先对现阶段企业员工信息管理的基本情况进行了分析，提出开发本系统要解决的问题，以及从长远考虑所要达到的目的，对系统进行了详细的需求分析，其次根据系统的实现功能和使用环境对系统做了总体规划，最后完成了模块的划分和数据库的设计与实现，并对系统进行了测试。 本系统开发主要包括前台应用程序的开发和后台数据库的建立与维护两方面。系统前台主要实现用户薪资、考勤、文章信息的查看，以及发表意见建议等功能。系统前台选用了 javascript、html等作为主要的编程语言选用数据库利用动态网页编程技术实现前后台的数据交互Enterprise Personnel Management System design and implementation At frirst,this paper analyse the situation of enterprise personnel management at the present stage.Point out the question needing to solve for development the system and the long.term purpose.
