编号： 　毕业设计(论文)说明书 题 目： 叶腊石烘干炉温度 控制系统的研制 叶腊石是合成人造金刚石的重要原料之一，研究叶腊石烘干炉工作原理对合成金刚石的品质和单产起重要作用。叶腊石块是包裹碳棒的主要材料，起到传压、密封、保温的作用。碳棒合成金刚石是一个高温高压的过程，叶腊石块中水分的含量，直接影响到生产过程的安全。叶腊石块中水分的烘干主要通过烘烤环节完成。现有的烘烤设备自动化程度低，劳动力耗费较大，生产效率低。此外，现有设备也缺少系统工作异常的检测和报警功能。 本文针对现有叶腊石烘干炉存在的问题，在控制方法，硬件设计和软件设计上提出相应的解决方法作者在叶腊石烘干炉工作原理的基础上，以单片机（AT89S52）为主控制器，设计、制作了一套叶腊石烘干炉控制系统。该系统具有三段保温功能，可随时保存和调用历史数据，能显示温度和时间（LCD），并在超温及发生故障时发出报警并自动切断加热源以保护设备。该方法通过控制晶闸管的通断比来调节输出功率以取代常用的电压调节，并将增量式PID控制算法应用于闭环温度控制系统中，从而在设计中实现对温度的测量，显示控制。文章中详细的分析了系统设计方案的选择与硬件电路的设计并且给出了系统的调试过程及部份软件程序。 ：AT89S52；PID控制；温度控制；叶腊石烘干炉 Abstract Pyrophyllite is one of the important raw materials of synthetic diamond. Pyrophyllite drying furnace works play an important role in the quality and yield of the synthetic diamond. Pyrophyllite block is the main material wrapped carbon rod, primarily as the mass pressure ,sealing and thermal insulation effect .Carbon turning to synthetic diamond is a process of high temperature and pressure; Pyrophyllite block the moisture content directly affects the safety of the production process. Pyrophyllite blocks moisture drying by baking link. The baking low degree of automation equipment and labor-consuming greater production efficiency is low. In addition, the existing baking equipment is also lack of system working abnormal detection and alarm function. This paper aiming at finding out the solution on the control methods, hardware and software design of the existing problems of pyrophyllite drying furnace. Author is On the basis of the pyrophyllite drying furnace works, and using the Microcontroller (AT89S52) as the main controller to design the production of a pyrophyllite drying furnace control system. It has three sections of insulation functions. Its historical data can be saved and recalled at any time. It can display the temperature and time by the LCD.
