分 类 号： TP391 学号：1220140302 学号：12345678910 本科毕业论文 金刚石合成用石墨管的加工方法研究 Studies with synthetic diamond processing method of the graphite tube 姓 名： 马志登 专 业： 物理学 指导教师姓名： 高 峰 指导教师职称： 副 教 授 2016年3月 摘 要 本文是介绍合成金刚石所用的石墨管的研究，由于石墨及其制品具有高强耐酸性、抗腐蚀和耐高温3000℃以及耐低温-204℃等优良特性，被广泛的应用在冶金、化工、石油化工、高能物理、航天、电子等方面。而人工合成金刚石需要高温高压的条件，其中的高温就可以用石墨管作为发热体来提供热源。 本文是对几种合成石墨管的方法研究，首先我们可以用现成的石墨棒车制成型，可以用石墨纸借助模具压制成型也可以用石墨粉压制成型，而合成石墨管的方法有很多种，比如说，用车床车制石墨管的过程中除了设备本身可能存在的偏心问题之外，进钻头的速度，石墨管壁的厚度等因素一样影响着车制石墨管的成功率及质量好坏用石墨粉压制石墨管最大的问题是尺寸，因为石墨粉非常疏松，所以在模具芯与套管之间即使填满石墨粉，如30mm高的一段填满石墨粉，压制完可能10mm的高度还不到，所以直接填充石墨粉来压制石墨管有一定的难度。所以我要想办法解决解决这个问题的办法就是先对松散的石墨粉进行预压，即用稍低的压力先使石墨粉压成一定形状，通常压成圆柱形比较容易，然后在将预压的圆柱破碎成较小的，可以填充进模具的微粒，然后再进行压制。Abstract This paper is to study the introduction of synthetic diamond graphite tube used, since the graphite and its products have a high strength acid resistance, and excellent corrosion properties and resistance to high temperature 3000 ℃ -204 ℃ low temperature, etc., are widely used in metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical PHYSICS, aerospace, electronics and so on.
