The utilization of solar energy in the building becomes one of the important topics. Therefore, the construction solar energy integration construction technology also appears especially importantly. This article first carries on the briefing to the utilization of the solar energy resources and the construction solar energy integration construction technology, and summarizes the passive form solar-powered structure and the driving type solar-powered structure application situation. Then, give the application status of the multi-layer housing solar energy technology, and summarizes the difference between the application of the solar energy integration construction technology in the multi-layered housing project and in general housing project. Finally, discovers the peculiar circumstance and the question which possibly can appear in the multi-layered housing project application of the construction solar energy integration construction technology, and proposes the corresponding solution measure.
