摘 要 本文是年产8000吨巧克力厂的设计。通过查阅相关资料，分析了全球和我国巧克力生产和销售的现状，对巧克力的营养状况和未来发展趋势进行研究，拟定了年产8000吨巧克力厂的设计。首先从厂区选址、产品方案及工艺流程进行分析，其中工艺流程部分包括工艺流程中重要操作要点的说明和主要工艺论证；其次依据拟定的产量对生产过程进行物料衡算，进而根据工厂生产要求进行了主要的设备选型；再次，根据拟定的产量、所选设备类型及数量，进行水电估算、管路计算，而后进行三废处理、经济效应的论述；最后对整个厂区建筑设计进行分析确定，绘制了工厂平面图、工艺流程图、车间平面图共三张图。通过设计，对方便面生产工艺有了全面的了解，熟练掌握了CAD制图方法。 关键词:巧克力、工艺论证、物料衡算、设备选型、工厂设计 ABSTRAC This paper is the design of an annual output of 8000 tons of chocolate factory .By searching relevant information, analyzed The status of the global and Chinas chocolate production and sales, Studied the nutritional status and future trends of chocolate, prepared an annual output of 8000 tons of chocolate plant design.
