武汉学院 学生毕业论文（设计） 题 目： 人事管理系统设计与实现 指导教师： 马建新 职称： 教授 学生姓名： 刘东 学号： 专 业： 信息与计算科学 年级： 0703班 2011年2月05日 人事管理系统的设计与实现 摘 要 ?随着社会信息量的迅速增长，计算机处理的数据量不断增加。文件管理系统采用的一次最多存取一个记录的访问方式，以及在不同文件之间缺乏相互联系的结构，越来越不能适应管理大量数据的需要，于是数据库管理系统便应运而生。数据库管理系统是用来控制建立数据库中的数据、数据的存取，并维护数据库的数据。从文件管理到数据库管理，代表了两代不同的数据管理技术。今天，数据库管理已成为计算机信息管理的主要方式。 人力资源管理是结合公司实际的人事、制度，经过实际的需求分析，采用功能强大的Visual Basic作为开发工具而开发的人事管理系统。整个系统操作简单、见面实用灵活、安全性能高。为企业人事管理提供信息检索，信息咨询等服务，基本上能够满足企业对人事管理的需求。 【关键字】人事管理；系统设计；系统实现 Abstract Along with the social information contents explosive growth， the computer processing data quantity increases unceasingly. Human resources management is combined with the practical personnel, the system, through actual requirement analysis, using powerful Visual Basic as development tools and development personnel management system. The whole system meet practical operation is simple, flexible, safety performance is high. For the business enterprise personal management to provide information retrieval, and information consulting services, basically can meet the needs of personnel management enterprise.
