内蒙古工业大学管理学院本科生毕业论文 摘 要 在现代商业银行中，中间业务是一种与传统的资产、负债业务既相互联系又迥然不同的业务，它与资产业务、负债业务一道成为商业银行的三大支柱业务。当前，中间业务发展水平己经成为评价商业银行优劣十分重要的标准，绝大多数商业银行都把业务多样化作为未来的主要经营取向。 建设银行分行作为中国建设银行的分支机构之一，在总行、分行的统一指导下，近年来资产、负债业务保持了较高的发展速度，中间业务在主营业务收入中占比不断提高。与此同时，在发展中间业务的过程中，建行也面临着管理体制，产品创新，营销策略，人才培养等多方面的问题。因此，要完善服务功能，调整收入结构，扩大市场占有率，提高竞争能力，必须实施中间业务发展战略。 关键词:建行分行；中间业务；发展 Abstract In modern commercial banks, intermediary services are closely related to the traditional services, such a; s lending and deposit-taking. Nevertheless, they are quite different from the later two. Intermediary services are so important to commercial banks that they become the three main services of modern banks. At present, the development of intermediary services has become a very important standard to evaluate the merits and drawbacks of the commercial banks. Vast majority of commercial banks take service diversification as the direction of their future operating. As one of branches of China Construction Bank, CCB一Inner Mongolia brunch has maintained a high growth rate in both the deposit and lending services under the guidance of the head office and provincial branch in recent years. Meanwhile, the intermediary services generate a rising proportion of revenue in all of the banking businesses. However, in the development of intermediary services, CCB一Inner Mongolia branch is also facing problems with management, product innovation, marketing, personnel training, etc. Therefore, in order to improve service, adjust the structure of revenue, expand market share and enhance competitiveness, we have to make up development strategies.
