WES-300B LCD digital display hydraulic universal test machine Technology program book 一、product summary WES-300B testing machine is used for tensility,compressor,bend of various non-metallic materials.Adding the cutter attachments,it can be used for the non-metallic materials tests, such as plastic,concrete,cement,structure and so on,Adding sample attachments,it also can finish the tests of tape chains,wire rope,welding wire,tile,component and other performance tests. 二、program description 1、host machine The host adopts the hydrocylinder underneath type.The stretch space is on the top of host and the space of compressor,bending tests are between host next beam and workbench. 2、transmission system The lifting of lower beam adopts the motor reducer,chain transmission and ball screw vice transmission to realize the adjustment of stretch and compressor space tests. 3、hydraulic system The oil in the tank is inhaled into pump through filter oil nets and sent to oil valve by the pipeline of pump.when oil feeding handwheel closing,as for oil pressure push the piston away,oil will return to fuel tank from the pipe,when handwheel opening,the oil enters the working cylinder through pipe,then flows back to fuel tank by pressure pipe. 4、control system Electronic force measurement,liquid crystal display the test force—time curve,test force,test force peak,obvious characteristics of the yield of force yield materials,convenient and direct test data.
