PAGE PAGE 21 辽宁省高等教育自学考试 公司管理 专业(本科段) 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 设计题目: 沈阳地铁有限公司团队建设问题研究 助学单位 辽宁省交通高等专科学校 姓 名 准考证号 指导教师 2012 年 摘要 一滴水只有融入大海才不会干涸，一个团队的成员只有将自己的利益融入到整个团队的利益当中才有意义。五根手指如果能团结一致，成为一个拳头，那就根根有用，根根有力量，不再有什么强弱、美丑之分了。团队建设这一概念日益受到人们的青睐，依靠团队推进，促进企业各项工作健康而顺利地发展，已经成为现代企业坚定不移的战略选择。在当今这个竞争激烈的市场上，企业必须拥有一支好的团队来谋求生存并进一步争取发展。团队是在共同利益的基础上，为实现企业利益最大化而建立起来的具有技能互补性和富有团结协作精神的员工队伍。团队在企业可持续发展中居重要地位。 为了更好的研究团队建设，本文首先介绍团队建设的含义，包括对团队建设的理解和团队建设的要素。在分析团队建设的重要性的基础上，就企业如何塑造高绩效团队提出了自己的看法。以沈阳地铁有限公司为研究案例，在介绍沈阳地铁有限公司概况的上针对该公司团队建设存在的问题，找出问题所在，确定调整思路，并制定调整方案，努力塑造一支高绩效的团队。 关键词：团队建设； 高绩效团队塑造； 综合竞争力 Abstract A drop in the ocean wont dry, and a member of the group only get their only interests involved in the entire team’s interests which can make sense. If five fingers unite into a fist, then power will distribute into each finger no matter it is beautiful or ugly. Nowadays, the concept of teambuilding gets more and more people’s favor. Team-building is always enterprise’s first strategic choice, since enterprises can promote the healthy and sound work of enterprises if they rely on a team. In todays competitive market, the enterprise must have a good team to make living and further development. The team is based on common interests, which is set up by the staff being full of the spirit of unity and having complementary skills, aiming to maximize the interests of enterprises. The team occupies the important position in a enterprise of sustainable development. In order to get a better sense of team building, this paper introduces the definition of team building at first; then illustrates value of team building and what elements are including during building a team. Based on the analysis of the importance of team-building in a enterprise, this paper points out how to build an effective and value-added team.
