My Way of Teaching English 　　Abstract： This paper attempts to explain my way of teaching English. I try to create an English speaking atmosphere in the classroom，have everything right from the very beginning ，use body language a lot to teach the students to learn English and encourage them participate the activities actively. I tell them that they can’t call me “Teacher So-and-so，” such as “ Teacher Xu” and “Teacher Wang” because it isn’t the right way in most English speaking classrooms. Sometimes I gave them their English names. I would say the names and let them listen to them ，and if they liked one of them，then that would be the name. So they all chose the names. I have often asked them to read their names，write their names，speak their names ，and remember their names. They like their English names very much. It creates an English atmosphere.
