For manufacturing enterprises to solve the bottleneck problem, at this stage is the production management problems, this is also China become a world manufacturing center of the problems to be solved. At the same time introduces the enterprise management system function structure, and combining with actual examples, through product processing flow chart, analyzes and discusses the concrete application of the production management system. Key words: Manufacture management system；ERP(enterprise resource planning)；BOM(bill of materia1);supply chain；MPS(master production schedule) 近来国内的通讯基础建设取得了长足的进步，互联网的应用正在迅速发展，而释放互联网能量的最好途径就是以电子商务的方法及手段改造传统经济。在现阶段，以实施ERP[1] (企业资源计划)为基础进行信息化建设将成为企业变革与创新的有效途径，从国家到地方，各级政府、各个企业，都在研究通过推广ERP提升企业竞争能力，一场ERP热潮正在兴起。而对制造企业而言，解决现阶段瓶颈问题即是生产管理问题的解决，此也是中国成为世界制造中心所必须解决的问题。 目前制造企业特别是中小型企业基本上是采用人工完成生产及物料的车间计划，由于企业运作是以订单驱动而非计划生产，人工手段无法及时随新订单的到来更新计划，造成计划偏离实际；各个生产单位(车间)各自为战，分别提出物料、设备、专用工具的需求，在整个企业层面上很难较精确地控制物料和能力需求，难以平衡需求和供应，造成企业的浪费；管理电算化水平低，即便上了一些计算机系统也往往是些信息孤岛[2]，数据没有共享，各级管理人
