摘要 本文介绍的是一种纺织线材多轴自动绕装机设计。绕装机是纺织线生产环节中封装时需要的设备，其目的是把生产出来的纺织线缠绕成卷，便于运输、销售。 本次设计开发的自动多轴绕装机，来源于生产要求，针对纺织线材的大批量生产和自动化包装计量的现状，体现了高效自动化生产特点，提高了生产效率。绕线机是由排线张紧部分、绕线部分以及控制部分组成。排线张紧部分是由步进电机、刚性联轴器、滚珠丝杠构成。安装在滚珠丝杠上的螺母可以将丝杠的旋转运动转化为工作台的直线运动，完成纺织线的往复运动。线材从两压紧轮中间通过后就产生了一定的张紧力。绕线部分是由三相异步电动机、减速器和焊接支架三部分组成。八根绕线轴是由安装在其上的皮带传动所驱动的。主轴上的皮带传动，保证了其他八根轴的转动。整个设备是采用微机控制，设备中还装有霍尔元件，光电传感器，红外线发射管以及其他光电元件。控制软件实行模块化设计，包括初始化模块和数据处理模块等。 这次设计主要是完成了绕装机的排线张紧部分、绕线部分以及控制部分的设计。在设计过程中，最关键的问题是保证绕线机构能够可靠的完成绕线功能；排线机构能够准确排线，并能够与绕线机构准确协调工作。 关键词：绕装机 张紧 自动排线 光电传感器 ABSTRACT This article introduces a kind of spinning line material and many stalks automatically round to pack a machine’s design. The winding machine is the equipment which is used in the final link of the weave line production . Its goal is to twine the weave line into volume, and sale. Automatically many stalks that this design develop round to pack machine , come from producing a request ,aiming directly at the large quantity of spin and weave the line material production and automate a packing to calculate of present condition, it has realized the automation, and enhanced the production efficiency. The winding machine is constituted with the tightening part, the platoon line part, the winds thread part as well as the control section. The platoon line part is composed of step-by-steps the electrical machinery, the rigid shaft coupling, and the ball bearing guide screw. The nut installed on the ball bearing guide screw may trans form the guide screw’s rotary motion into the work table’s translation, completing weave line’s reciprocal motion.
