重庆三峡学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 塑料饭盒盒盖模具设计 院 系 机械工程学院 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化（数控） 年 级 2011级 学生姓名 周建鑫 学生学号 201107024250 指导教师 张卫 职称 助教 完成毕业设计（论文）时间 2015 年 5 月 摘要 本课题即将饭盒盖上壳作为设计模型，利用注射模具的相关知识为依据，阐述塑料注射模具的设计与制造过程。本设计对饭盒盖上壳进行的注塑模设计，利用软件对塑件进行实体造型，对塑件结构进行工艺分析。明确了设计思路，确定了注射成型的工艺过程还有对各个具体部分细节进行了仔细的计算。本着简约而不简单的设计原则，采用斜滑块的瓣合模的结构成型。如此设计出的结构即可确保模具工作运用可靠，同时也保证了与其他部件的配合。本课题通过对饭盒盖上壳的注射模具设计，巩固和加深了对所学知识的掌握，取得了比较满意的效果，达到了预期的设计意图！ 关键词：塑料模具，注射成型，模具设计，饭盒盖  Introduction The topic of socket shell as a design model, the injection mold-related knowledge as a basis to explain the process of plastic injection mold design.
