安全系统工程 课程设计说明书 课 题 名 称: 湖南科技大学北校区道路交通安全 系统分析 专 业 班 级: 指 导 老 师： 设 计 组 长： 设 计 组 员： 时间：2014年01月06日 摘要：本文在调查湖南科技大学北校区道路交通概况的基础上，运用海因里希法则、亚当斯事故因果连锁模型、博德事故因果连锁理论、北川彻三事故因果连锁理论、两类危险源理论及轨迹交叉论等事故致因理论分析校园道路交通事故发生的内在规律性，从理论上为事故成因分析，防范措施制定，改进安全管理工作提供可靠依据。再从系统工程学的角度出发，将广泛应用于系统安全研究中的预先危险性分析、故障类型和影响分析、事故树分析法、事件树分析法、系统安全分析法及安全检查表法应用到校园道路交通安全分析中。从人、车、道路和环境、管理四个方面，分析引起校园道路交通事故的各个因素，得出校园道路交通安全事故的发生概率适中，但预防和控制难度较大的结论，并提出预防和控制校园道路交通事故发生的安全对策措施。本文有助于学校领导者对引起校园道路交通事故发生的各个因素提高警惕意识，也为校园道路交通安全管理者进行管理工作提供理论依据。 关键词：校园道路 交通事故 系统工程学 事故成因分析 事故致因理论 安全分析 安全对策措施 Abstract：Based on the survey of road traffic in the north campus of Hunan University of Science and Technology, this paper analyses the inherent law of campus traffic accidents by applying Heinrich rule, Adams accident cause-effect chain model, Kitagawa Tetsuzox accident cause-effect chain theory, Bond accident cause-effect chain theory, two classes of hazard theory, track crossing theory and other accident reason theories, providing reliable evidences for cause analysis, taking measures and improvement in safety management. From the perspective of system engineering, this paper applied preliminary hazard analysis, failure modes and effects analysis, fault tree analysis; event tree analysis, fishbone diagram analysis and safety check list method, which is all widely used in security system research. The paper analyses various factors causing campus traffic accidents from four aspects, i.e. people, vehicles, road and surroundings, management, and comes to the conclusion that probability of campus traffic accidents is medium but difficult to prevent and control. In addition, the author offers safety measures to prevent and control campus traffic accidents. It helps to enhance alertness of university leaders in factors causing campus traffic accidents and provides the theory basis for management in campus traffic safety as well.
