沈阳建筑大学 毕业设计说明书 毕 业 设 计 题 目 年产2.0万吨顺丁胶生产工艺设计 学院专业班级 材料学院高分子2011级2班 学 生 姓 名 毕思远 性 别 男 指 导 教 师 范兆荣 职 称 高级实验师 2015年 6月 15日 摘要 顺丁橡胶是仅次于丁苯橡胶的世界上第二大人工合成橡胶。本设计通过查阅资料文献介绍了顺丁橡胶行业目前的发展特点、所处的发展阶段、市场的供需平衡和竞争格局。通过计算分析比较,制定了原料路线、确认了聚合方法以及各类添加剂的选择。又在查阅各种物料的工艺参数，确定了顺丁橡胶的生产流程。总的来说，本设计在对顺丁橡胶在国内外的发展过程以及现状进行系统化分析之后，制定了相关生产路线，进而达到经济技术合理化，坚持可持续发展线路等要求。本设计对年产量为2万吨的顺丁胶聚合工艺进行了设备的物料衡算，聚合釜的热量衡算以及聚合釜的设备计算。阐述了对厂房的大概设计及相关要求，如何处理易燃易爆品等危险品，预防有毒有害物品等安全问题，以及发生事故时如何进行紧急处理和处理好“三废”问题。尽量在做到经济利益达到最大化的同时，也做到保护环境。通过查阅文献数据和计算分析，完成了年产2万吨顺丁橡胶的生产设计，绘制了工艺流程图、聚合釜装配图、厂区布置图以及车间布置图若干，最后对产品顺丁橡胶进行经济核算，各项数据均符合各项规定指标。 关键词：顺丁橡胶；丁二烯；转化率；催化剂；聚合 Abstract Polybutadiene rubber is the worlds second largest synthetic rubber,just after styrene-butadiene rubber.Through access to information and documents, the design introduces the butadiene rubber industrys development characteristics, stage of development, the supply and demand balance and market competition.By calculation and analysis, select raw material route, polymerization method, and various additives.And then, after checking out the process parameters of various materials,it determine the butadiene rubber production process.In a word,The design,after doing the systematic analysis of butadiene rubber about the development process and the status quo at home and abroad, formulated relevant production line,to achieving the rationalization of economic and technical,adhere to the sustainable development of the line.The design do a equipment mass balance of the annual output of 20,000 tons of butadiene rubber polymerization process,calculation of the heat and something about equipment.It elaborate on the plant design and requirements, how to deal with inflammable and explosive materials and other dangerous goods, prevention of toxic and hazardous materials safety issues, as well as how to deal with an emergency accident and to deal with the th
