毕业论文 题 目 山东国有企业财务管理研究 学 院 管理学院 专 业 会计学 班 级 双会1204班 学 生 彭向亮 学 号 20110921115 指导教师 周一臻 二〇一五年六月五日 摘 要 随着市场经济的发展，山东国有企业财务管理的内涵和意义更加广泛和丰富。现阶段，山东国有企业不断深化改革，财务管理在改革中暴露出一些亟待解决的问题，制约了企业的发展。本文首先对当前山东国有企业的财务管理问题进行了总结，分析了当前山东国有企业财务管理的环境。结合目前国内环境，给出山东国有企业存在内部管理不完善、企业财务活动本身存在缺陷等问题，然后简述了出现这些问题是由于财务人员观念认识不足、体制不健全，政策不完善等方面造成的。接着文章以山东石油销售公司为例，在分析现状的基础上对山东石油销售公司财务管理中的问题进行分析。提出了山东石油销售公司的财务管理存在较多如财务管理制度执行力度不足、企业的理财层级划分不明确、基层的财务管理队伍素质急需提高、企业盲目的扩张等问题。 最后，文章根据山东国有企业财务管理存在问题的原因，结合石油销售公司存在的问题，总结阐释了加强和完善山东国有企业财务管理的对策和建议，应该完善财务管理制度、加强内部管理、提高财务人员素质，从而提高山东国有企业财务管理水平，使山东国有企业财务管理更加完善，更好地适应信息化时代的要求，提高企业的经济效益和社会效益，实现企业财务管理目标。 关键词：山东国有企业；财务管理；石油销售公司；问题；对策； ABSTRACT With the development of market economy, meaning and significance of the financial management of state-owned enterprises more extensive and rich.
