What’s more, it also can prevent us from illness and contribute to a longer life expectation.Secondly, it is a healthy way to free us from the daily stress and ease mental strain by distracting attention from troubles and worries to sports. Its functions vary from serving as a relief of boredom up to make life colorful and interesting. Take myself as an example, everytime, when playing basketball, I fell so relaxed and pleasant like my soul had been baptized, with all those earthly tiresome trivials spill out as my sweat.Furthermore, certain kind of sports can train spirit and develop characteristics. Some collective sports, such as football or basketball could cultivate the spirit of competition and cooperation, as every player is an integrate part of the team. Jogging can build our personality of endurance and persistance.All in all, physical exercise plays a significant role in people’s life. Sports benefit us with a healthy body, as well as a jolly mood, and also contribute to develop our characteristics.
