第一篇 Festival Easter is an important festival for Christians. On that day, people buy new clothes and go to church to celebrate Jesus resurrection from the dead. Children are fond of hunting for colored eggs. And in different cultures, people hold different understandings towards colored eggs. They hide them in different places and look forward to various blessings from them. Compared with this western festival’s custom, China has many ancient festivals. The most important is New Year. During the holiday, people will buy new clothes and good things to eat. Like us, we should help parents to clean the house thoroughly. On the day, we also prepare the food. As people celebrate from door to door early in the morning. At night, children also play fireworks in the yard. During the holiday, children can get much pocket money from relatives. New Year is a big party for family that people happily gather under the same roof. In a word, various present a scene of great joy for us. (江昂旺姆） Even though our country doesn’t have a Festival like that, we have another interesting Festival, like the Mid-autumn Festival. It is a big day for all the Chinese. When Mid-autumn comes, all the family get together to celebrate it. Under the beautiful, bright moonlight, we sit together to listen to the old love story about Chang E and Hou Yi and enjoy the delicious moon cake. It is really a good time when you hang out with your family. With those people who love you, I am so proud that our country has a traditional festival like this. And I think we should protect them and never let them be the next Dragon Boat Festival. (赤列群措） As the population of cities is growing bigger and bigger. Traffic is a big problem in many cities around the world. Traffic is especially bad during rush hour－the time when people go to work or school and the time when they go home. Many people take buses, subways, or trains to work, but many other people drive their cars. As a result, the streets are very busy,
